Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large, multinational projects, directing programs and leading project managers across functions. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen and in-depth knowledge of regulatory guidelines to ensure on-time, on-budget, compliant delivery for clinical trials.

You will work within a matrix organization, mentor PMs, and collaborate with business development on client proposals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in clinical pharmaceutical industry with project management experience
• Experience leading and developing staff in a project-led environment
• Proven track record in clinical development and budgets/resources management
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, hold a valid passport

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead core project teams
• Coordinate cross-unit activities with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure projects meet cost, time, and quality targets
• Provide supervision, training and mentoring to project managers
• Engage with Business Development and Bids/Contracts for proposals
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and improve business processes
