Job summary

Jade Biosciences is seeking a Senior/Clinical Trial Manager to support the Director, Clinical Operations in planning and execution of assigned trials across cross-functional teams, sites, CROs and vendors. You will maintain study plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and documentation, elevating issues with clear recommendations to ensure trials stay on time and on budget.

The role is remote with periodic travel; global scope from single site to phase 3, with salary bands outlined in the posting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Phase 1–3 trials with CROs and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH, GCP, and drug development.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain study plans, timelines, budgets, and risk logs.
• Oversee vendor oversight, contracts, invoices, and scope tracking.
• Coordinate operational input into protocols, monitoring plans, ICfs, and study reports.
• Oversee start-up, site activation, enrollment, conduct, monitoring, closeout, and inspections.
