Job summary

Jade Biosciences is seeking an Executive Director, Clinical Supply Management to lead a global, multi-country biologics supply network. You will own strategy, planning and execution for all programs, scale a team, and oversee CMOs, depots and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of investigational products.

Reporting to the CTO, you will drive demand forecasting, cold-chain operations, budgeting and regulatory alignment across EU/NA/ROW, shaping readiness for BLA filing and commercial launch while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 15+ years in clinical supply chain management, ideally with biologics.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating with Quality, Regulatory and Clinical groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build the function: Provide strategic and operational leadership for Jade’s Clinical Supply Management function. Develop robust processes and SOPs with Quality.
• Define the clinical supply strategy for all Jade programs across phases with an eye to BLA filing and commercial readiness.
• Plan demand and supply: create global forecasts and supply plans, balance product availability, shelf life, overage and cost.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Development, Quality and Regulatory to forecast and align supply requirements.
• Select, contract and manage CMOs, depots, couriers and other suppliers, with clear KPIs and partnerships.
• Oversee labeling, packaging, blinding, cold-chain storage and distribution for all drug formats.
• Manage IRT/IxRS systems and inventory to prevent stock-outs and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, GCP and regulatory requirements; support regulatory submissions.
• Own the budget and reporting to stakeholders on inventory, supply, and risks.
