Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in global study management or Clinical Operations.
• Proven track record delivering Phase I–IV trials across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Strong financial stewardship and budget planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision for Global Study Management aligned with GCDO and R&D goals.
• Lead and mentor Global Study Management leaders across international teams.
• Oversee trial planning, execution, KPIs, timelines, and budgets with risk management.
• Partner with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Biostatistics and Global Supply Chain.
