Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Design, Psychology, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital product, CX, or digital strategy.
Proven track record leading complex consumer-focused initiatives.
Experience developing strategic roadmaps and operating models.
Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Execute and advance the evolution of digital product and customer experience initiatives that support organizational priorities and long-term growth objectives.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities that enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
Contribute to roadmap planning, prioritization, and governance activities across digital products and customer experiences.
Leverage customer insights, market trends, analytics, and emerging technologies to support innovation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives and business outcomes.
Support the development of high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Help drive customer-centric decision-making through data, research, and ongoing optimization efforts.
