Job summary

Altis Technology in Toronto is seeking a senior leader to influence the future of its digital customer experience. You will partner with senior leaders across technology, analytics, marketing, and business teams to shape strategic digital priorities and organizational transformation.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of leadership in digital product and CX, a proven ability to drive roadmaps, measure performance, and influence stakeholders, all while building high-performing teams in an agile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Design, Psychology, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital product, CX, or digital strategy.
  • Proven track record leading complex consumer-focused initiatives.
  • Experience developing strategic roadmaps and operating models.
  • Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and advance the evolution of digital product and customer experience initiatives that support organizational priorities and long-term growth objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities that enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning, prioritization, and governance activities across digital products and customer experiences.
  • Leverage customer insights, market trends, analytics, and emerging technologies to support innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives and business outcomes.
  • Support the development of high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Help drive customer-centric decision-making through data, research, and ongoing optimization efforts.

Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive leadershipexperience within digital product, customer experience, digital strategy, business transformation, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex digital, customer, or business initiatives within consumer-facing organizations.
  • Experience developing strategic plans, digital roadmaps, or operating models that support long-term business objectives and customer outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of digital experiences, customer journeys, product delivery, customer engagement, and performance measurement.
  • Experience leveraging data, customer insights, market trends, and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate complex organizational environments, and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading teams through growth, change, transformation, or evolving business priorities.
  • Experience managing external partners, vendors, or strategic relationships is considered an asset.
  • Experience operating within Agile environments; exposure to other delivery methodologies is considered an asset.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Design, Psychology, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Advanced education, leadership training, or relevant professional certifications are considered assets.
