About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid media, SEO, and digital marketing initiatives to drive pipeline and revenue growth. You will scale our demand generation efforts across search, paid social, and other digital channels. Responsibilities include managing paid media strategies (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.), enhancing SEO performance, and improving website conversion paths. Collaborating with marketing leadership, you will analyze campaign data, adjust budgets, and improve marketing efficiency to support our growth objectives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data-driven marketing, digital performance, and full-funnel strategies.

A Day in the Life:

  1. Manage LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and retargeting campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.
  2. Refine paid social strategies, especially on LinkedIn, including ABM, thought leadership, and conversion campaigns.
  3. Optimize ad performance, messaging, and audience segmentation for better conversion and cost efficiency.
  4. Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and inbound leads, working with content teams on SEO-driven content.
  5. Improve website pages for search visibility, user experience, and conversions.
  6. Monitor and analyze KPIs like ROAS, CPL, CTR, pipeline contribution, and organic traffic trends.
  7. Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and website experiences for continuous improvement.
  8. Collaborate with marketing operations, sales, and product marketing to align digital efforts with revenue goals.
  9. Manage budgets effectively to maximize pipeline contribution while minimizing CAC.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, SEO, and paid media, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment targeting Enterprise and Midmarket clients.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads to generate quality leads.
  • Strong SEO skills with a track record of increasing organic traffic, rankings, and domain authority.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Strategic budget management skills, with a focus on CPL optimization and pipeline impact.
  • Highly analytical, comfortable with A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent collaborator and communicator, able to align digital marketing with broader sales and revenue strategies.

Location and Travel:
Our hybrid model supports flexible work, requiring regular in-office presence in the Greater Toronto Area, with some remote work flexibility.
