Job summary

University Health Network (UHN) is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Toronto, Ontario, to lead large-scale outpatient digital and clinical delivery initiatives within the Connected Care portfolio. You will work with healthcare providers, system admins, and stakeholders to co-design and implement innovative care models enabled by digital solutions.

Reporting to the Director of Outpatient Strategy, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive change management, and ensure initiatives align

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required in Health Informatics, CS, IE, Business or related field; Master’s preferred
• PMP and Change Management designation an asset
• Minimum 6–10 years healthcare project and management experience
• Experience delivering large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to integrate project and change management methodologies
• Strong communication with senior management and stakeholders
• Independent multi‑project management and prioritization
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient with Windows, MS Office, MS Project

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion within a multi-disciplinary team
• Mobilize and guide a high-performing Connected Care team
• Drive change management and stakeholder communications
• Build and maintain sponsor and stakeholder relationships
• Monitor engagement and project progress, address risks and issues
• Oversee recruitment, staff development, performance management and issue resolution
• Manage program budgets in partnership with finance teams
