GagaMuller is recruiting a Senior Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary design activities for hyperscale data centre developments in Regina, Canada. You will coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, CSA, architectural, structural, and specialist systems, aligning with project objectives and client standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; professional accreditation advantageous.
Strong multidisciplinary design management experience in mission-critical environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, organisational and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design strategy across M,E, CSA, architecture, structural and specialist disciplines.
Direct design activities from concept to handover and ensure constructability.
Review consultant deliverables for compliance with client requirements and standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to design teams.
