Job summary

GagaMuller seeks an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead client-side MEP delivery on major hyperscale data centre projects in Regina, Canada. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities, coordinating with design teams, general contractors, and commissioning teams to meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in mechanical or electrical disciplines or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of MEP construction methods, coordination and commissioning.
• Experience leading client-side MEP construction with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-side MEP construction delivery across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate interfaces between MEP, structural and civil works.
• Review design documents, shop drawings and method statements.
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance across all MEP activities.
• Manage project controls, reporting, risks and changes with stakeholders.
• Prepare for commissioning, testing, and client handover.
