Job summary

Proof is seeking a Senior Manager, Reporting & Data to lead our data team and guide reporting for enterprise clients. You’ll own reporting, manage client relationships, and shape data workflows across BI and SQL tooling, collaborating with Engineering and Product to drive measurable improvements.

You will develop people, set standards, and deliver reliable data solutions while expanding automation and insights that inform Proof’s growth strategy. This role is fully remote within Canada.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data, analytics, or reporting.
• 3+ years managing a data or analytics team.
• Experience leading client discovery and explaining technical tradeoffs.
• Strong SQL proficiency and data-modeling knowledge; Python helpful.
• Experience with production data systems, automation, data warehouses, and BI tools.
• Experience with complex enterprise workflows and legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise reporting and ensure content accuracy and delivery.
• Own client relationships and ensure client success with data.
• Lead and develop the data team and provide feedback.
• Guide technical delivery and review queries/data models.
• Build dependable data systems and partner with Engineering on data movement.
• Turn data into actionable insights to inform business priorities.
• Improve automation and tooling with the team and operations.
