Job summary

Workiva Canada ULC seeks a Senior Domain Architect, Data Management, to advise customers through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Workiva solutions. The role bridges Sales, Engineering, and Customer & Partner Experience to design scalable data workflows and ensure long‑term value.

Responsibilities include collaborating with customers to define data needs, guiding integration strategies, and mentoring stakeholders on best practices while aligning with the product roadmap and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT.
• 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles with architecture or consulting experience.
• Bilingual in French or Spanish at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand business data needs and outcomes with Workiva solutions.
• Partner with pre-sales to transition from sales to implementation services.
• Engage with solution architects and customer success teams to ensure positive onboarding.
• Analyze needs and recommend optimal use of Data Management Suite for scalable solutions.
• Define tasks, contribute to project plans, and monitor progress with delivery teams.
• Document data integration workflows between customer systems and Workiva platform.
• Develop data queries and reporting solutions meeting analytical requirements.
