Qualifications

• 8+ years across data architecture and hands-on engineering.
• Strong Python and SQL, with Snowflake and DBT experience.
• Proven experience designing LLM/agentic solutions — RAG, function/call, orchestration.
• Deep understanding of the semantic layer bridging data and business meaning.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and leadership in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Design reference architecture and delivery patterns for scalable data access.
• Architect and build the Data Agent and agentic workflows with orchestration and guardrails.
• Co-design the semantic layer (HoneyDew / DBT) powering analytics and AI.
• Serve as technical lead, run design reviews, and mentor engineers.
• Translate business problems into clear technical requirements and drive delivery.
• End-to-end ownership of features and subsystems, guiding evolution with incomplete requirements.
