The candidate will gather and validate business and technical requirements for cybersecurity initiatives, support IAM and network modernization programs, and translate complex concepts into actionable documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements for cybersecurity initiatives.

• Collaborate with SI vendors, security testing teams, project managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, requirements reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Partner with Risk, Governance, Architecture, Regulatory, Legal, and Security teams.
• Identify and manage requirements gaps, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder concerns.
• Support project planning and implementation activities across multiple cybersecurity workstreams.
• Ensure stakeholders remain aligned throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Help drive adoption and successful implementation of new cybersecurity capabilities.

Key Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Business Analysis experience in complex enterprise environments with demonstrated cybersecurity, infrastructure, IAM, or technology transformation exposure
• Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including VP-level leadership, with strong political acumen and facilitation skills
• Experience translating complex technical requirements into actionable implementation, testing, learning, and training plans across multiple simultaneous workstreams
