The OpportunityWe're looking for a Senior Credit and Marketing Analyst with a strong foundation in credit analysis and business problem solving. You’ll work closely with partners and clients to solve complex credit-related challenges and support strategic marketing initiatives. While this role is analytical in nature, it's equally about clarity in communication, insight generation, and autonomy in delivery.
Key Responsibilities·• Analyze credit performance, risk segmentation, and portfolio trends across various client engagements.
·• Design and interpret credit policies, scorecards, and underwriting strategies.
·• Support client marketing initiatives by analyzing campaign performance, customer segmentation, and return on investment.
·• Translate client needs into clear, actionable analytics plans and deliverables.
·• Present findings and recommendations to client executives in a structured, compelling manner.
·• Collaborate with internal and client teams, often with minimal oversight.
·• Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge development within the firm.
What We’re Looking ForMust-Have Qualifications:
·• 2–3 years of experience in financial services, particularly in credit risk, lending strategy, or portfolio analytics.
·• Deep understanding of the credit lifecycle, scorecard development, and key credit metrics.
·• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to frame complex problems and connect data to business outcomes.
·• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at distilling complex ideas for executive audiences.
·• Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in small teams.
·• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (or similar)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
·• Experience with marketing analytics or customer lifecycle modeling.
·• Exposure to Python, R, or machine learning tools.
·• Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
·• Comfort working in fast-paced, unstructured environments with shifting priorities.
