About the Opportunity

Coders Connect is working with a globally recognized digital learning platform that’s reshaping professional education across finance, accounting, and business. They’re scaling fast and investing heavily in their marketing analytics capabilities. Right now, they’re on the lookout for a Senior Marketing Analyst to take ownership of key performance metrics, build actionable insights, and influence strategy across multiple channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own marketing analytics end-to-end: campaign tracking, performance dashboards, and funnel analysis.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain dashboards in tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Dive into Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform data to surface insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze customer behavior, acquisition costs, retention metrics, and ROI across paid and organic campaigns.
  • Collaborate with growth marketing, product, and content teams to guide performance strategy.
  • Design A/B tests and interpret results to support experimentation.
  • Deliver clear, concise reporting to senior leadership with a focus on actionable data storytelling.

What You Bring

  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, preferably in a SaaS, e-commerce, or digital education environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL (intermediate to advanced) for querying large data sets.
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Solid understanding of marketing KPIs and how to track them across digital channels.
  • Experience designing and evaluating A/B or multivariate tests.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Bonus: familiarity with customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and/or LTV modeling.
