ServiceTitan is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Intelligence Analyst to develop insightful reporting and deepen our understanding of our customers and products. You will be the primary analyst for our Sales Pro product, responsible for generating insights that influence the product roadmap and enhance customer success.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, develop solutions, and deliver insights via platforms like Tableau.
• Define key metrics with stakeholders and monitor the impact of product updates.
• Create reports and visualizations to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Inform teams about user activity, establishing metrics to identify pain points.
• Build strong relationships within product and support teams to understand business needs.
• Ensure proper instrumentation and metrics are in place to answer core business questions.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to improve analytics infrastructure and inform decisions.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative field.
• 5+ years as a product analyst.
• Proven experience building Tableau dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
• Deep analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to initiate projects creatively and collaborate effectively with business teams.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with VP+ leaders.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience creating dashboards with FullStory.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, etc.).
• Experience with dbt (data engineering).
• Experience conducting A/B tests.
