TELUS is seeking an experienced Corporate Investigator to conduct complex internal and external investigations, collaborating with Law Enforcement, Legal, and cross-functional teams. You will craft detailed reports, analyze data sources, and document cases to support determinations and preventive actions.

The role requires a Private Investigator License and eligibility for a Government of Canada Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in an investigative position.
• Proficient with computer applications and database query languages.
• Strong report writing, communication, and interviewing skills.
• Familiarity with the Criminal and Civil Justice System.
• Ability to investigate incidents through technology and data analytics.
• Ability to respond to urgent incidents outside regular business hours.
• Must have a Private Investigator License.
• Ability to obtain a Government of Canada Security Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Conduct complex internal and external investigations.
• Coordinate with Law Enforcement, Courts and Legal teams.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Labor Relations and Legal Services.
• Produce summary investigation reports for TELUS leadership.
• Query and analyze electronic data sources for evidence.
• Build and document cases to support findings and resolutions.
• Provide security recommendations and participate in proactive projects.
• Identify patterns and trends to improve policies and controls.
• Respond urgently to threats toward TELUS assets and personnel.
• Lead and participate in investigative interviews.
