Qualifications

• University degree in electrical engineering.
• More than 10 years of experience in control projects.
• Advanced English and French to collaborate with offices/clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and Québec.
• Available for short- and long-term work assignments at client sites.
• Knowledge of protection-relay test equipment and onsite monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal preparation.
• Take on various roles on projects, including project manager.
• Manage the technical portions of projects (design reviews, cost estimates, schedules).
• Review team engineering work for control systems at substations or power plants.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to a work team.
• Coordinate mandates with other discipline leads.
• Participate in group development and improve methods.
