Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Designer for a Developer Platform position based in Canada. You will shape the developer experience for AI agents, building tools for testing, evaluation, monitoring and debugging in production.

You will translate complex data into intuitive interfaces, prototype with code (Tailwind CSS), and collaborate with engineers to craft AI-native workflows and new interaction patterns. This is a remote role across Canada and the US.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer with a portfolio of complex digital products.
• Experience designing developer tools, observability platforms, or data-heavy applications.
• Strong data visualization skills for charts, tables and interactive interfaces.
• Comfortable reading PRs, making adjustments in Tailwind CSS, and prototyping with code.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers and communicate with highly technical users.
• Experience with AI-powered products or AI agent platforms is highly desirable.
• Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows and processes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of developer-facing tools and workflows for testing and observing AI agents.
• Translate real-time data into intuitive interfaces to help developers identify issues quickly.
• Develop new interaction patterns for AI-native workflows and human-in-the-loop decision making.
• Create interactive prototypes using code and work with engineering to deliver polished experiences.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system with data-intensive interfaces.
• Advocate for developer needs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Explore emerging technologies to improve the developer experience.
