Job Description

Infosys is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor, and Absence Functional Consultant with implementation and application support experience. The primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and successfully implement Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, OTL, and Absence modules in Agile mode. The role involves leading discussions on design and development of components such as data migration, integrations, and reports for Payroll, OTL, and Absence.

Required Qualifications

1. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Waterloo, Ontario, or willing to relocate. Travel may be required.
2. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the field may substitute for each year of education.
3. At least 8 years of IT experience.
4. Authorized to work in Canada without employer-sponsored visa; no immigration sponsorship available.

Skills

1. 4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules – Payroll, OTL, and Absence
2. Hands-on experience with Oracle Global HR Cloud for US
3. Knowledge of Agile practices and project implementation in Agile mode
4. Experience in a global delivery environment
5. Full SDLC lifecycle knowledge and experience
6. Experience with Lean / Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

1. 8+ years of implementation and support experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules
2. Proficiency in Payroll, OTL, and Absence processes
3. Ability to lead discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reports
4. Knowledge of HCM technical tools: HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader
5. Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
6. Experience managing teams of 5+ members is a plus
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional Information

The role may involve extended sitting and working at a computer. Effective communication via telephone, email, and face-to-face is essential.

Estimated annual compensation in Ontario: $89,004 to $103,042.
