Job description

Infosys is seeking a Finance and Revenue Cloud Consultant to refine and guide the Revenue Management and Finance team. The role involves partnering with customers to ensure value delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Cloud RMCS and Oracle Cloud Finance, interfacing with key stakeholders and applying domain, technical, and functional proficiency, including Requirements Elicitation, Design, Build, and Deployment of solutions for supporting Oracle Cloud RMCS applications. The consultant will ensure business requirements are met, team commitments are achievable, and team performance is optimal. Effective communication and collaboration are essential.

Skills required

1. 6+ years of experience in Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) and Oracle Cloud Finance.
2. 12+ years of relevant experience in implementation or support of Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, PO).
3. Knowledge of Customizations, BIP Reports, OIC integration, HCM, and EPM is a plus.
4. Familiarity with AIM documents like BP80, RD 20, RD50, MD50, MD70, CV10, BR100, etc.
5. Experience in fit-gap analysis and documenting setup steps for financials, RMCS, and project billing and costing modules.
6. Understanding of conversion strategies and methodologies, including ADI, Web ADI, Discoverer, and GL reporting tools.
7. Ability to translate business outcomes into functional design solutions.
8. Research, prototype, and test new or enhanced functionalities.
9. Configuration of Oracle RMCS and Finance for enhancements and change requests.
10. Lead and coordinate testing activities with stakeholders.
11. Partner with stakeholders to develop and support change management and training plans.
12. Develop and maintain solution design, testing results, and related documentation for Oracle Cloud Finance and RMCS.
13. Proven ability to manage dependencies and shifting priorities.
14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailored to audiences.
15. Strong critical thinking skills and proactive stakeholder expectation management.
16. Ability to work in distributed teams and develop multi-level relationships.
