Base pay range

CA$70.00/hr - CA$75.00/hr

• Collabera is looking for someone who can work closely with Product Owners to gather and clarify requirements, diving deep into the existing system to understand its current state and identify what needs to be updated or modified.
• This person should be able to create user journeys and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications for the developers (SBEs in our model).
• They will also assist Product Owners in breaking down features into user stories and be responsible for creating a comprehensive test plan to support QA efforts.

Must Haves:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Payroll across various HR system modules, including Canadian Payroll and HCM systems
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll compliance, including CRA requirements, provincial regulations, and year-end processing
• Proven ability to create and use plain English technical specifications by example
• Experience with working with other Next Gen platforms or SAP configuration or Workday configuration.

Nice To Have:

• Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) certification - Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) or Payroll Leadership Professional (PLP).

Pay rate: CA$70-$75/hr without benefits
