The ideal candidate combines technical excellence with strong consulting, communication, and relationship management skills. You are self-motivated, commercially astute, and capable of independently leading assignments while contributing to broader team objectives and business growth initiatives.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing both strategic and detailed independent cost planning advice and risk-related recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.

Mentor and develop junior consultants, estimators, and quantity surveyors through coaching, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.

This role offers the opportunity to work for a global consultancy across cost and commercial aspects of some of the region's most significant infrastructure programs.

You will contribute to the continued development of estimating methodologies, assurance frameworks, benchmarking systems, and best-practice cost planning and cost estimating.

Minimum 8-10 years' professional experience in cost estimating/QS, including substantial experience within a consultancy, professional services, advisory, or client-side infrastructure environment.

Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to cost estimating, cost planning, cost assurance, commercial advisory, and investment decision support services for major infrastructure programs.

Proven ability to engage effectively with client stakeholders and communicate complex technical or commercial aspects of construction cost estimating clearly and confidently.

Experience supporting collaborative delivery models including Progressive Design-Build (PDB), CMAR, CMGC, Alliance, Design-Build, and other alternative procurement approaches.

Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project controls, risk management, governance, procurement, and infrastructure delivery frameworks.

Demonstrated experience mentoring junior professionals and contributing positively to team capability development.

Professional accreditation such as CIQS, MRICS, FRICS, CCP (AACE), CEP, PMP, or equivalent is highly regarded.
