Job summary

Sia in Toronto is seeking a senior consultant for its Financial Services unit. You will advise and deliver change projects for leading financial institutions, gathering requirements on regulatory changes, capital markets products, and business enhancements.

The role requires 3+ years in Capital Markets and client-facing management consulting, with regulatory knowledge of US/global markets, and experience with Agile/Waterfall and JIRA/Confluence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Capital Markets experience in Fixed Income, Equities, FX derivatives and trade lifecycle.
• 3+ years of recent client-facing management consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Strong knowledge of the US and global regulatory landscape.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and collaboration tools.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple deliverables.
• Understanding of upstream/downstream applications and data.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise and deliver change projects for leading financial institutions.
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders on regulatory changes and product offerings.
• Lead and present deliverables and liaison between front office, middle office, back office, and other supporting functions.
• Present findings and recommendations to client leadership.
• Track project level risk, issues, and dependencies with stakeholders.
• Assist stakeholders by evaluating operating models and developing Target Operating Models.
• Engage client teams to analyze and enhance Corporate and Investment Banking/Capital Markets businesses.
• Upskill on industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools.
