Job summary

Sia Partners is seeking a Service Design & Business Transformation Consultant for our Toronto office to support business and digital transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on service design and experience consulting.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to understand user and stakeholder needs, analyze data, facilitate workshops, and translate insights into practical, impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in consulting, service, or a creative agency.
• Experience delivering projects that combine business and digital transformation with service design or experience consulting.
• Strong facilitation, communication, analytical, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with AI, using AI tools to support consulting engagements and advising clients on AI adoption.
• Experience working with public sector organizations is strongly preferred.
• Based in the Greater Toronto Area, with the ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week in downtown Toronto.
• Bilingual (English/French) is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to business and digital transformation engagements across public and private sector clients.
• Lead or support discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, user research, and journey mapping.
• Apply service design and human-centered design methodologies to solve complex business challenges.
• Apply digital transformation and AI adoption methodologies to accelerate client outcomes.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative insights and develop actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops with clients and stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare high-quality client presentations and executive deliverables.
• Support Sia’s business development activities by contributing to proposals and offers for the GTA market.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

3 to 7 yearsof relevant professional experience with a minimum of 2 years for aconsulting, service, or creative agency.

Experience delivering projects that combine business& digitaltransformation with service design or experience consulting.

Strong facilitation, communication, analytical, and storytelling skills.

ExperiencewithAI, bothusing AI toolsto support consulting engagements, andadvisingand supportingclients on theselection, use, and adoptionof AIwithintheirenvironments.

Experience working with public sector organizationsis strongly preferred.

Based in theGreater Toronto Area, with the ability to work onsite2–3 days per weekin downtown Toronto.

Bilingual (English/French) is considered a strong asset.

Eligible to obtain aGovernment of Canada Reliability Security Clearance.

Nice to Have

Current orprevious Government of Canada Security Clearance(Reliability or Secret Level II).

Experience delivering consulting engagements within the Canadian public sector.
