Job summary

Sia in Toronto is seeking a Service Design & Transformation Consultant to join our team and help clients drive business and digital transformation with a strong focus on service design and experience consulting.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to understand user and stakeholder needs, analyze data, facilitate workshops, develop strategic recommendations, and translate insights into practical solutions and plans.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in consulting, service, or a creative/agency setting.
• Experience delivering projects that combine business and digital transformation with service design or experience consulting.
• Strong facilitation, communication, analytical, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with AI tools to support consulting engagements and advising on AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to engagements across public and private sector clients focusing on service design and transformation.
• Lead or support discovery activities: stakeholder interviews, workshops, user research, and journey mapping.
• Apply service design and human-centered design methodologies to solve business challenges.
• Apply digital transformation and AI adoption methodologies to accelerate client outcomes.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative insights and develop actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops with clients and stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare high-quality client presentations and executive deliverables.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals for the GTA market.
