Job summary

Wright Construction Western Inc. in Calgary, Alberta, seeks a Full Time Superintendent to oversee site operations, enforce safety and quality, and communicate milestones with clients.

You will manage subcontractors, coordinate schedule, and lead construction teams on diverse commercial and institutional projects. Ideal candidates have extensive site supervision experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to read construction documents.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years experience in construction and 5+ years in supervision.
• Journey person ticket preferred and valid driver’s license required.
• Strong project management and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of construction projects.
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed.
• Communicate project progress with clients and project managers.
• Manage subcontractors and construction site organization.
• All other duties as assigned.
