Job summary

Bedrock Homes Limited in Calgary is seeking an Assistant Site Superintendent to support site operations for residential construction projects. You will coordinate trades, oversee day-to-day safety, and help implement the site safety program to ensure projects run safely and on schedule.

Reporting to the Site Superintendent, you will assist with inspections, quality control, and coordination with front-office teams to maintain build volumes and client satisfaction in a dynamic Calgary market.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in the residential construction industry.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret blueprints.
• Intermediate framing knowledge to perform minor framing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work on all sites assigned and coordinate trades.
• Secure sites at shift end and enforce safety practices.
• Perform site inspections and assist the Superintendent.
• Ensure quality aligns with Bedrock Homes standards.
• Manage material stock and ordering, including equipment.
• Provide backup leadership when the Superintendent is away.
