Westridge Construction Ltd. in Saskatoon is seeking an experienced full-time Superintendent to oversee daily site operations, coordinate with PMs and crews, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

The role requires leadership, strong construction knowledge, and the ability to manage subcontractors and documentation, with travel as needed and a commitment to teamwork and company values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction leadership experience.
• Experience managing sites and coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and drawings.
• Solid organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

What You Bring

• 5+ years of construction experience in a leadership role
• Experience managing sites and coordinating subcontractors
• Strong understanding of construction methods and drawings
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email)
• Ability to work independently with a solutions-focused mindset
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
