Job summary

Michael Page International (Canada) in Toronto (Hybrid) is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive growth in our Building & Construction division. You will hunt for new business opportunities across Ontario, generate leads, and manage full 360 recruitment cycles.

The successful applicant will have at least 2 years of 360 recruitment sales experience, be comfortable in-office 3 days a week, and may be bilingual (English/French).

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years successful 360 Recruitment Sales (Business to Business) experience
• Ability to work 3 days in-office in Toronto (2 days from home)
• Proven Business Development experience
• Experience recruiting into the Building & Construction market would be an asset
• An ambitious individual with a driven attitude
• Bilingual (English & French) would be an asset

Responsibilities

• Hunting for new business opportunities across Ontario
• Continued Lead Generation
• Calling and Meeting prospects weekly within Building & Construction
• Full 360 recruitment
• Involvement in proposal process and developing and pitching proposals
• Negotiating Commercial Terms of Business and Rates
• Account Management and Cross Selling to other internal teams including Sales & Marketing, Technology and Finance
