Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Manager to lead large-scale projects in Kimberley. You will oversee from pre-construction through handover, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget alignment, and top-quality results.

Lead teams, manage subcontractors, and engage clients and stakeholders effectively. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of construction management, strong leadership, and PMP/Pr.CM are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, CE, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive construction management experience on large projects.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and budget.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Certifications such as PMP or Pr.CM are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all construction activities from inception to completion.
• Develop and execute project management plans with schedules and budgets.
• Oversee site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors for efficient execution.
• Ensure safety, quality, and building codes compliance.
• Maintain client relationships and provide regular updates.
• Implement risk management and resolve on-site issues promptly.
