Qualifications

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Certifications such as PMP or Pr.CM are highly regarded.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Construction Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects in Kimberley . This leadership role involves managing all facets of project delivery, from pre-construction planning through to final handover, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead project teams, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and implement effective construction strategies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing complex projects, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the construction lifecycle in the Northern Cape .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all construction activities for assigned projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project management plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee and manage all site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.

Requirements
