Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working at a general contractor.
• 3+ years in a Project Manager role on mid-to-large commercial projects.
• Demonstrated CM conversion experience (CCDC 5A/5B to CCDC 2).

• Guide mid-to-large commercial projects from concept to final close-out.
• Lead pre-construction under CM and drive design-to-tender workflows.
• Mentor project managers and coordinators to enhance performance.
