Job summary

A staffing agency is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator in Vancouver to support estimators and project managers in construction projects. The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks and coordination for multiple projects. Candidates should possess 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction project coordination and a BCIT Diploma or Canadian Engineering Degree. Qualifications

A medium sized General Contractor client of ours is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join the team.

The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting our estimators, project managers, and site superintendents throughout all phases of construction.

Key Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction project coordination in British Columbia.
• New build ICI or Residential experience
• BCIT Diploma or Canadian Engineering Degree (Preferred)

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to site superintendents and project managers across one or more projects
• Assist project managers with meeting documentation, follow-ups with subcontractors, and organizing project materials
• Manage the distribution and tracking of shop drawings
• Issue and follow up on site instructions
