Job summary

Qualifications

• Commercial real estate experience is required.
• Experience managing budgets and capital plans.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Hands-on approach to maintenance and operations.
• Experience supervising contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day portfolio operations and allocate resources by condition, risk, cost, and asset impact.
• Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets; track variances and align with property goals.
• Direct maintenance, repairs, and capital projects across multiple properties; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop multi-year capital and lifecycle plans to address building needs and preserve asset value.
• Lead and manage internal teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects on scope and budget.
• Support leasing activity by keeping spaces show-ready and guiding tenant improvements.
