Job summary

Hello World Recruitment is seeking a Senior Commercial Risk Placement Broker to join our team in Toronto (or other offices). You will design and deliver complex insurance programs for mid-to-large multi-line accounts.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of commercial lines brokerage experience, an active RIBO license, and proficiency with Applied EPIC and PolicyWorks. You will navigate hard market cycles and advise clients on coverage and strategy.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of commercial lines brokerage experience.
• Active RIBO license (CIP/CAIB/CRM designations are assets).
• Proficiency with Applied EPIC and PolicyWorks.
• Experience navigating hard market cycles.

Responsibilities

• Risk Placement: design and deliver insurance programs for diverse accounts.
• Market Submissions: prepare high-quality submissions and proposals for US and international risks.
• Client Advisory: identify coverage gaps and pursue up-selling/cross-selling.
• Creative Solutions: structure product proposals to meet diverse industry needs.
