Job summary

BDO Canada is seeking a Senior Consultant in its Cloud Services team to support the cloud sales lifecycle, advising on Microsoft CSP, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure, while helping to scale pricing, onboarding, and renewals.

You will lead operational processes across order management, subscription administration, billing, invoicing, and renewals, partnering with Finance and Delivery to ensure accurate processing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, cloud sales support, customer success, or related fields.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, CSP, or similar SaaS/cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of quoting, subscription management, onboarding, billing, invoicing, forecasting, and reporting.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support cloud sales lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Provide guidance on Microsoft licensing and cloud solutions to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Partner with sales, delivery, and finance to optimize pricing, licensing, proposals, and change orders.
• Lead process improvements across order management, billing, invoicing, and renewals.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making and forecasting.
• Collaborate across Sales, Consulting, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success; mentor juniors.
