Job summary

BDO Canada LLP's Solution Operations practice is hiring a Senior Dynamics 365 CE / CRM & Power Platform Consultant to join our GTA team. The role focuses on post-implementation support, proactive optimization, and advisory services to drive adoption, efficiency, and ROI for clients.

You will operate as a trusted advisor, shape repeatable offerings, and help clients evolve their Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including recent cloud‑aligned versions
• 3+ years of senior‑level Power BI experience with data modeling, security, and enterprise reporting

Responsibilities

• Own client outcomes (adoption, efficiency, ROI) and drive value through health checks and roadmaps
• Lead reviews and recommendations translating platform capabilities into business improvements
• Provide governance, backlog hygiene, and structured service delivery for repeatable offerings
• Support Power Platform components integrated with Dynamics 365 CE to deliver scalable analytics solutions
• Design and deliver Power BI analytics and dashboards within Dynamics 365 CE environments
