Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in enterprise IT with at least 1 year in a technical leadership role.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services - API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Functions, Logic Apps.
• Proven expertise in enterprise integration patterns: request/response, pub/sub, orchestration vs. choreography.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud-based applications on Azure.
• Lead cloud-based solutions using APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with product management, DevOps, QA, and business teams to translate requirements.
• Drive decisions across the full software lifecycle including architecture and deployment.
• Implement cloud security, performance optimization, and cost management in Azure.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and IaC tooling.
• Troubleshoot issues across development and production environments; mentor junior developers.
• Create and maintain solution designs, integration specs, and operational docs.
• Stay current with Azure services and integration patterns; suggest improvements.
• Establish governance and standards for API management and integration.
