Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, IT, CS, engineering, math, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, cloud sales support, customer success, or related professional services.
• Experience with Microsoft CSP, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and other cloud solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the cloud sales lifecycle, supporting acquisition, onboarding, renewal, and expansion of cloud services customers.
• Provide guidance on Microsoft CSP, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and other cloud-based solutions to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Partner with sales to develop pricing strategies, licensing recommendations, proposals, statements of work, and change orders.
• Support inbound client inquiries and sales activities, identifying opportunities to increase customer value and cloud adoption.
• Lead cloud operational processes across order management, subscription administration, billing, invoicing, and renewals.
• Collaborate with finance, delivery, and customer success teams for accurate processing and reporting of cloud transactions.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for the Cloud Services business.
• Develop dashboards, forecasts, and pipeline reports to support decision-making.
• Analyze cloud trends and customer adoption to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership on performance, wins, risks, and trends.
• Support development of data-driven models to improve forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to transformation initiatives.
