BDO Canada seeks a Dynamics 365 Business Central Operations Manager to lead the BC service line across Canada. The role focuses on operationalizing delivery, growing key accounts, and maturing the Solution Operations practice while driving continuous improvement.

The candidate will own delivery, supervise a team, and partner with sales and delivery to shape architecture, scope, and estimates. A strong operations and pre-sales background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology or a related discipline.
• D365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate certification (MB-820).
• CPA certification.
• 8+ years experience with Dynamics NAV and/or D365 Business Central ERP systems.
• 5+ years in IT/Consulting with operational experience.
• 5+ years overseeing software projects/programs.
• 5+ years mentoring a team of 5+ members.
• 5+ years pre-sales including estimations and proposals.
• 3+ years engaging with senior customer personnel (Controllers, Directors, VPs).
• 3+ years creating and implementing operational procedures and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Identify and qualify new Business Central opportunities.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate requirements into Business Central use cases.
• Shape solution architecture, scope, and estimates with sales and delivery teams.
• Contribute to proposals and articulate value of BC capabilities.
• Grow accounts through trusted-advisor relationships and cross-sell opportunities.
• Support recruitment and mentoring of team members.
• Forecast and plan team utilization and capacity.
• Ensure skills and capacity to deliver services.
