Job summary

OpenText is seeking a Senior Software Developer (DevOps) to join a highly scalable public cloud SaaS platform. You will design, build, and operate deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure across Azure/AWS/GCP, emphasizing reliability and security.

You will work closely with software engineers and IT operations in an agile setting, focusing on Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, and production support to accelerate delivery for global customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or cloud-based enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Proficiency in Ansible, Python and Bash scripting for automation and operational tasks.
• Solid Linux administration, troubleshooting, and production support experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with excellent communication skill in English.

Responsibilities

• Contribute towards DevOps and automation initiatives across development and operations teams.
• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code and automation using Terraform and Ansible.
• Ensure platform reliability through monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Improve performance, security, observability, and operational excellence across the SaaS platform.
