Job summary

Teladoc Health Canada is seeking a DevOps Engineer to accelerate feature development across our enterprise product suite. You will focus on automation, observability, and scalable cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.

In this role you will partner with Product, Software Development, and QA teams to implement reliable deployment processes, define SLOs/SLIs, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining security and compliance across our platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting large-scale cloud systems.
• Experience with AWS APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize cloud infrastructure using IaC and automation.
• Collaborate with developers to design scalable cloud applications.
• Define long-term DevSecOps vision for platforms and teams.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD/CT pipelines with security gates.
• Govern a Software Factory to reduce cycle time and improve quality.
• Establish SLI/SLOs, incident response, and post-incident reviews.
• Own end-to-end observability with dashboards and alerts.
• Drive reliability, cost optimization, and operational maturity.
