Job summary

The role emphasizes staff development, risk mitigation, and data-driven quality improvement. The successful candidate will oversee inter-professional practice, complex care units, and hospital-based services, aligning teams to organizational priorities

Qualifications

• Masters prepared or in progress in a regulatory health professional program.
• Certificate of Registration in good standing from the regulatory college.
• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive management experience.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to organizational annual planning and strategic planning.
• Develops new or expanded programs and services and manages implementation.
• Creates team cohesion and leads high-performing teams.
• Develops partnerships and co-designs programs with stakeholders.
• Oversees budget submissions and ensures delivery within approved budgets.
• Drives quality improvement and monitors patient outcomes and experiences.
