Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Psychology.
• Registration in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behavior Analysts of Ontario.
• Certification or degree in health or business administration preferred.
• Academic appointment at an Ontario university.
• Geriatric Specialization preferred.
• Minimum of five years leadership experience in healthcare.
• Experience integrating care with Ontario Health Team is an asset.
• Strong expertise in LEAN, agile, PDSA quality improvements.
• Proven leadership for inter-professional teams and collaboration.
• Robust data methods for healthcare system design and funding models.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational leadership to the Neuropsychology, Cognitive Health, Memory Clinic, and Movement Disorders Clinics.
• Provides professional practice leadership for Psychology and Behaviour Analysis, with interprofessional ambulatory teams.
• Coaches and mentors staff and supports Baycrest Academy education programs.
• Develops policies, procedures, and quality improvement plans to enhance clinical service delivery.
• Monitors quality, risk, safety, and performance with partners across the system.
