The ideal candidate is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with 15+ years of experience in water resources and dam-related projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or a related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng).
• 15+ years in geotechnical/civil engineering with dam-related work.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and large environmental projects.
• Proficiency with environmental modeling software and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships.
• Identify and pursue project opportunities; prepare proposals.
• Lead projects: scope, team, communication plans, monitoring.
• Analyze field data and reports to define design criteria.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.
• Supervise preparation of project reports and proposals.
