Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or a related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng).
• Eligibility and motivation to pursue US PE licensure is an asset.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in geotechnical/civil engineering with water resources focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships.
• Identify project opportunities, pursue proposals, and manage projects from scope to deliverables.
• Oversee data collection, field observations, and analysis to establish existing conditions and design criteria.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of project phases.
• Supervise preparation of project reports, grant proposals, and stakeholder documents.
