Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in environmental or civil engineering with dam removal or water resources.

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with strong technical background.

• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams on large-scale restoration projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships.
• Identify opportunities, pursue proposals.
• Manage projects including deliverables, team, scope, communications.
• Assess field data, as-built plans, and reports to define design criteria.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineers to evaluate impacts of restoration and dam removal.
• Develop site assessments, hydraulic modeling, and geotechnical evaluations.
• Conduct environmental impact studies and risk assessments.
• Prepare engineering plans and construction specifications.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of project phases.
• Prepare reports and proposals for stakeholders.
