Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in chemical R&D, preferably in industry.
• Strong understanding of reaction engineering, catalysis, or materials science.
• Experience with experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation.
• Pilot plant operations and scale-up experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent technical writing and oral communication for Kimberley teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead research projects focused on novel chemical processes, materials, or products.
• Design and execute laboratory experiments and pilot-scale trials to validate new concepts.
• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and prepare reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with chemists, materials scientists, and manufacturing engineers.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and IP opportunities.
• Contribute to scale-up and technology transfer of successful R&D projects.
